DESCRIPTION
Against orders from his strict step-mother, ten-year-old Matt sneaks out to an abandoned cement plant to search for his beloved dog.
There, he witnesses a brutal murder by four men.
He is too scared to report it to his grandfather, a deputy sheriff. In the meantime, the killers have identified Matt and in trying to silence Matt about the unauthorized Mafia hit, they murder his step-mother and grandmother.
Now, Matt is finally forced to tell the authorities what he saw.
The grandfather, Matt and his twelve-year-old sister enter into witness protection and are relocated to Marfa-Texas, but the killers are not giving up.
